1. Services Offered
The Pixhub.it website offers photo editing and contouring services for digital images. These services include, but are not limited to, photographic retouching and contouring of subjects or objects in the images.

2. Image Reviews
We provide a maximum of five (5) revisions for each retouched image. Please note that revision requests must be consistent with the original specifications of the service request.

3. Money Back Guarantee
We are committed to meeting your expectations. In case of dissatisfaction with the result of the service, you can request a refund. However, the refund will only be granted following a valid reason provided by the customer. The client must provide specific details that clearly demonstrate why the retouched images do not meet the original service requirements.

4. Archiving of Images
Images uploaded for the service will be stored on our system for a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of completion of the service. After this period, we do not guarantee the preservation of images and may delete the files from our system.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
The client confirms that they have the legal right to use the images provided for the photo retouching and background removal service. The website does not acquire any copyright or intellectual property rights over the images provided by the client.

6. Payments and Fees
The prices of our services are clearly indicated on the Pixhub.it website. Payments must be made according to the methods specified at the time of the order. We accept payments via: PayPal and Bank Transfer.

7. Confidentiality
All information and images provided by customers are treated with the utmost confidentiality. For further details on our privacy policy, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Authorized Use of Processed Images
The client agrees to use the processed images exclusively for lawful purposes and not in a defamatory, misleading, or harmful manner. The client is responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding the use of the processed images.

9. Delivery of Processed Files
The processed image files will be delivered to the client in the form and format specified at the time of the order. Please note that format or resolution restrictions may apply depending on the client's requests.

10. Limitation of Liability
Davide Toniolo shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, loss of profit, or damage to reputation. The client uses the services of the Pixhub.it website at their own risk.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Venice

12. Termination of the Contract
The Pixhub.it website reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service contract with the customer in case of serious violation of the Terms and Conditions by the customer.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Davide Toniolo reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be published on the Pixhub.it website and will become effective immediately after their publication. Please check the Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
